Hanwha Q CELLS was selected as the "Top Brand PV 2018,“ a recognition presented to the best module brand by EuPD Research, for five consecutive years in Europe and three consecutive years in Australia. EuPD research emphasizes Hanwha Q CELLS’ sustainability in brand awareness, customer satisfaction, recommendation rate and market share.
Hanwha Q CELLS achieves “Top Performer”-ranking in the 2017 DNV GL PV Module Reliability Scorecard
Hanwha Q CELLS modules achieved a “Top Performer” ranking in 4 of the 5 categories reported in the 2017 DNV GL PV Module Reliability Scorecard, which puts Hanwha Q CELLS to be among the overall "Top Performers". These excellent results are further enhanced by all the modules from Hanwha Q CELLS for the 2017 DNV GL Module Reliability Scorecard being sampled at random by third party auditors from running mass production as part of DNV GL’s Product Qualification Program (PQP). DNV GL is the world's largest classification society and provides independent advisory, analysis, engineering, testing, certification, monitoring, control, and asset management services for several industries including maritime, renewable energy, oil & gas, electrification, food & beverage and healthcare. The company works with investors, project developers, system owners, utilities, and equipment manufacturers to help manage risk throughout the entire project life cycle and to ensure the performance and safety of systems from residential rooftops to multi-megawatt power plants.

Intersolar Award 2017 goes to Hanwha Q CELLS´ Reinforced Steel Frame module, Q.PEAK RSF L-G4.2
The Q.PEAK RSF L-G4.2 convinced Intersolar Award jury with its reinforced steel-frame concept and many additional innovations such as a decentralized junction box and an easy mounting system. Q.ANTUM technology and the reinforced steel frame design combine numerous advantages for higher yields and system performance as well as lower installation cost and lower LCOE. The jury picked Hanwha Q CELLS´ Q.PEAK RSF L-G4.2 solar module as the most innovative out of ten shortlisted entries and out of 51 applications in total. The improvements in terms of performance, installation cost and LCOE are such that this technology is likely to be setting the next industry standard regarding solar modules for utility scale applications.

The Q.PEAK RSF L-G4.2 was awarded the pv magazine award in the category “top innovation. The magazine´s jury honored Q.PEAK RSF L-G4.2 for its reinforced steel-frame concept and many additional innovations such as a decentralized junction box and an easy to install new mounting system.

SOLAR + POWER AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE – INNOVATION
Q.ANTUM Technology led to “Solar + Power Award” in the category of excellent innovation
This award is presented by Solar + Power Management magazine each year and covers the entire value chain of photovoltaics. Hanwha Q CELLS had already won the award in 2015 and has won another award with our cutting edge Q.ANTUM Technology.
The organizers put particular emphasis on the fact that, ‘Q.ANTUM technology is continuing to improve conventional PERC processes and controls degradation effects, such as LID, and LeTID, in order to achieve even greater efficiency and quality.
Solar Industry Award 2015
The Solar Industry Awards have been created in 2008 to recognize the whole value chain of solar industry and those people, products and services that will develop innovative manufacturing and product approaches that have the potential to change the way we live. The polycrystalline solar module Q.PLUS-G4 with power classes up to 280 Wp has been ranked as the No. 1 module manufacturing innovation by the around 70,000 voters who participated in the two-month online voting process which is open to representatives of the entire industry. Winning module has been nominated by the award's panel in order to credit Q CELLS´ Q.ANTUM TECHNOLOGY. The "Solar Industry Award" is being awarded in 13 categories.
Photon Yield Measurement 2013/2014
The Q.PRO solar modules outperform their competition and come out as the No. 1 polycrystalline module in the 2014 PHOTON module yield measurement test. The Q.PRO-G2 235 Wp modules have been the top-performing polycrystalline modules of 147 different PV modules from 107 manufacturers.
